| ELS eye level shot |
The first shot in the sequence is an ELS to set the scene of the movie, the sound in this shot is very faint but the non-diegetic sound is high pitch that straight away starts to build tension at the beginning of the film.
 |
| CU POV shot |
The CU in this shot is important because it straight away makes the viewer see what is highlighted on the page and makes the viewer question why this particular house has cancelled their mail. When the camera focuses down on the highlighted part of paper there is a change in music that adds some suspense.
 |
| CU Birds eye view shot |
This shot reveals grooming equipment placed in a particular order, this could suggest the person using these tools is neat and tidy and probably well kept. The props add to characterization even before seeing the character.
 |
| ECU high angle shot |
The camera work uses a lot of ECU's and CU's to make the viewer really concentrate on the actions taking place in the shot. For example in this shot he is changing his colored contact lenses so makes the person watching question why this character is changing so much of his appearance.
 |
| CU eye level shot |
The particular editing in this part of the sequence is cut in certain places to speed up the actions of what he is doing. This stops the sequence from going on too long and gets to the point quicker.
 |
| CU over the shoulder shot |
This is the next shot after the shot shown above that goes from him having half of his face left to shave to him having a clean shaven face. This type of editing is important in film as it lets the person watching fill in the missing pieces.
 |
| CU eye level shot |
There is no talking throughout the sequence, instead non-diegetic sound is used to fill the silence . The non-diegetic is what we hear for the majority of the clip but with some diegetic sound for his different actions for example when he wipes the steam off the mirror in the bathroom.
 |
| ECU eye level shot |
In this particular shot the music has a slight change as he cuts his face, this could have been done to cause reaction for the person watching because without the change in music and ECU there would be no effect to the viewer as he cut his face. The use of subtle high pitch music throughout keeps the person watching on edge for what may happen next. By the end of the clip you automatically start assuming that this guy must be the antagonist as he is very suspicious.
I see you have posted 3 openings so far I assume that there is one more to follow. You need to use Media Language to re-enforce meaning rather than good guy bad guy antagonist protagonist. A little descriptive and could be improved by using hyperlinks to further explain camera terms for example. Good effort and remember you still have time to go back and improve these
